We spray the rings with nonstick spray each time so cheese and eggs don't get stuck.

Only takes 4-4 and half minutes to make. The only thing I wish there was a on off switch, but it isn't that big of an issue for me. Breakfast is a heck of a lot better with this little thing. You should definitely buy one.
