It, however, is missing one very important feature that comes with just about every other table top appliance: automatic shut off. When the eggs are done cooking, the cooker does not turn off. This means, the user cannot walk away from it unless they are willing to risk burning the eggs. If you burn the eggs, then you will have char on the heating element, which is difficult to clean off. While this product works, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting convenience. The missing feature should be a dealbreaker.
