This product quit after 1 year of use (well actually 14 months). Currently using a Montgomery Wards (yeah that company that went out of business over 20 years ago) dehumidifier from my parents that they bought and have been using since the 1970's. $200 per unit per year offsets the inefficiency of that old unit that is still working.
