Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2024Immediately it popped off and there's no way to get it back on...I ordered another kit and I just pray it works. Otherwise apparently I'll need a mound of tape. This is ridiculous design. They don't even addressit as a trouble shoot item in themanual and clearly people have consistent issues with it and I'm afraid to run it withoug the exhaust hose. Waste of time!!!

We installed this in our master bedroom to cool off the room instead of cooling the entire upstairs. This works very nicely! Our room is about 800 ft.² so we begin to Coole around 6 PM and then an hour. It’s very cool upstairs.
Con: this air con is that I cannot watch TV. It is loud but worth it because it’s so hot. Would purchase again and highly recommend this air conditioner for large spaces!

Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2024Recieved unit yesterday and let sit 7 hours. Cools my living room well and would have given it 5 stars. However, The exhaust hose was a bear to make stay in either end of the window piece or the piece going in to the unit. It is made of a thin, cheap plastic. It took over an hour to get it to hooefully stay in place ling enough to get it in window.
If you get it to stay, DON’T move the unit or you will be spending quite a while trying to fix it. Manufacturer will not replace defective parts and I consider this a defective part!

I like that I can adjust it to cool down one of our rooms when she’s not here. I have not used the dry, heat, or dehumidifier settings yet but plan to try them over the winter. My only complaint is, I wish that they offered a better panel to secure the window.
