They're easy to care for too, just clean and wipe off after use, then allow to dry and store. I still plan to use traditional steel knives for heavy duty cooking tasks, but these are mostly what I use now. Great purchase and an affordable option for people like me who want to cook at home (as opposed to in a professional kitchen) using good tools and utensils.

Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2024Every time I open my knife drawer, I tend to pick the ceramic knives over the expensive santoku knives for every day use. I use it to cut apples, vegetables, chicken breast, and more. I just love how light weight they are and easy to clean. However, I did chip one of them because I used it to cut lamp chops. The durability of these knives definitely are not made for hard objects. I made a mistake using it on bones. The knives are also very sharp but it gets dull over time, you will find yourself replacing them with new ones every year or two.
