It was a gift for my adult son, and he already broke them on his first trip. He probably had them in his backpack, and I suppose not in the wooden case they came in, but one of the sides of the frame broke already. I put a dot of super glue and it does not show much, but still, I consider them much more fragile than my plastic frame sunglasses that I bring everywhere, never in a hard case.
The presentation feels misleading to me as they are not strong and we need to be very cautious with them when transporting.
