This doesn't even pick up stuff that's visible to human eye while passing right over it on a hardwood floor. This is the second one that i had to return . Mop functionality is reasonable . Mapping was not issue, just overall performance is what i am not happy with.

Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2024This robot replaced one 6 years old. Major improvement over old vacuum! Have put it thru many sweeps over the past 3 weeks. It can sweep our entire two floor (2700 ft) house on one battery charge. Impressed how accurately and fast it initially scanned both our home levels into rooms. Cleans rooms and returns to charge base every time. Avoids obstacles well. I no longer have to lay down artificial room dividers or move chairs to clean. It’s only gotten trapped 2x over about 15 room sweeps- both times it was speaker cords.
Mop function is adequate- a lot like a Swiffer Jet. I had a minor service problem with one of the rollers and Customer Service cared for that very quickly. Recommend this vacuum.

Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2024The suction seems far less than my RoboVac but I paid less for it. If I had it to do over again, I would buy the more expensive Robo vac As this one does not pick up everything that I would like vacuumed.
