I've had pretty much every model of Deebot over the years .They keep getting better but if you have a hairy dog like a husky, plan on taking the rollers apart a couple of times a day to pull out dog hairs. They no longer get stuck along the rollers - they figured that part out.

BUT, they get just as stuck as always at the ends which is a bigger problem imo because that jams it up to the extent that the device won't run at all until you clean it. Hopefully their engineer figures it out eventually. There has to be a solution.

I’ve been using this for a month and have 2 major complaints. One is it gets stuck all the time and needs help to continue cleaning. I have a roomba as well and it never gets stuck, cleaning exact same areas.

The second issue is it’s mapped my entire house but only tends to clean 2 areas. Even if I move it to an area I want it to clean, it immediately returns to the previous area, which is very frustrating.

I will say it does a nice job with the areas it does clean, but between constantly rescuing it from being stuck and cleaning the same areas repeatedly, it’s more of a headache than anything and I regret my purchase

My husband researched robotics vacuums that would vacuum and mop. We had a terrific one (different brand) that just vacuumed. This one was suppose to do what we wanted and reviews were good. We had it for a while now and every time it runs there is an issue, it gets stuck on areas we have blocked off. It leaves things on the floor that should get picked up. Maybe a suction problem.

We’ll continue working to solve issues but I don’t recommend this vacuum nor would I buy it again.
