Easy to use easy to set up (if you follow the directions pregnancy brain didn't understand the directions at first ) my one complaint is sometimes the sound will randomly turn off before the auto shutoff and you have to restart the app for it to play again. It clicks going in and out of night vision. It's not loud but did scare my chicken of a dog. Haha video quality is really good. Not much of a lag.
The audio is good the talk back feature is good but you have to make sure the volume is up on the app before using or you can't hear it.

But I really wish it came with a separate monitor and I didn’t know I would have wanted that til I got it. It runs down your battery on your phone if you have it running all night (which I feel like is the point) so I’d prefer an extra piece.

Reviewed in the United States on December 9, 2021Second M7 which is drastically upgraded from earlier model which we used for our first, especially because the infrared cameras are no longer visible when on. Earlier models had a 'clock' of red lights which scared my first one. Setup was easy and we use three now, one for each bedroom, and the older one in their playroom with IR off, so not an issue. Picture is good, sound is good and the music is surprisingly wide selection.
Only negative for us is that switching between normal and IR camera in auto mode made a loud (relatively) sound and during nap time when the sun peeks out through the curtains at times it would wake/scare the kids. We just do a manual control now, no auto.
